I'm Jérôme, Founder and Director of Positive Organisation. I've spent 25 years transforming broken corporate training.

While working with Swiss and American multinationals, I saw the same pattern: slide-heavy sessions that bore participants and drove no change. That's why I built Positive Organisation.
